If your customers would like to upgrade/downgrade their resell accounts, you can follow the instructions below to change their hosting account quota
1. Login to your member account, click "RESELLER" from the top navigation, then click edit icon beside the target resell account as the picture below
2. In the account setting page, you can edit the resell account account quota (like web space, bandwidth, number of sites allowed and so on.)
