We provide different SSL certificates such as SSL-S, SSL-M, SSL-W. And SSL-M/SSL-W supports multiple domains and subdomains, by default our system would only add SSL binding to the main domain or the first domain auto, you will need to add SSL binding to your other domains or subdomains manually from your hosting control panel.
It's quite easy to add the extra domain/subdomains SSL binding, just simply login to your hosting control panel--SSL, click Actions icon beside your SSL, and click "Install to another site" link, then select the accordingly domain/subdomains to add SSL bindings to them one by one.
