If you feel like there are too many junk logs into your database which occupying the most of the database space or your database got offline because of exceeding the space, you can refer to the following steps to shrink your database:
1. Login to your hosting control panel --> Click "DATABASES" from the top menu --> Select MSSQL or MySQL
2. Click "More" icon--> Shrink Database
